Offset
This is a small plant that develops naturally from a parent plant, and grows alongside it. If removed, it can grow separately as a new plant.
Organic
The process of growing foods without using artificial fertislisers, fungicides or pesticides.
Organic gardening
The gardening practice of using no artificial fertilisers or pesticides, only those naturally created by plants and animals.
Organic Matter
This is a something that has come from either an animal or a plant, and breaks down and gives nutrients to plants if applied to soil. Compost is a good example of organic matter.
